The Collège Laval football program, known for its excellence and comprehensive athlete support, is seeking an athletic therapist to join its sports therapy team for the upcoming season.

Position Overview

The therapist will be responsible for providing medical coverage for the program’s three football teams (Benjamin, Cadet, and Juvenile) during practices and games. The work environment is dynamic, professional, and collaborative, within a well-structured and ambitious program.

Responsibilities

• • Share coverage of weekday practices (5 days/week) and games (mainly on weekends) with the other therapists
• • Assess, treat, and refer sports injuries as needed
• • Collaborate with coaches and other stakeholders in the sports environment
• • Participate in the follow-up and return-to-play process for injured players
• • Manage medical equipment and maintain accurate treatment records

Requirements

• • Degree in Athletic Therapy and member in good standing of the Corporation des thérapeutes du sport du Québec (CTSQ)
• • Strong teamwork, autonomy, and professionalism
• • Availability in the evenings and on weekends
